An overview of what VibeWorks does for you day to day – and where to find it.

☀️ Today

Menu Today: plan tasks from all projects for the day and check them off. Suggested are tasks that are overdue, due today or already in progress. In the task list, the sun plans a task for today.

⏱️ Time tracking and focus timer

The clock icon on a task starts the timer; it runs in the navigation and the tab title. “Focus 25” counts down 25 minutes and then says “take a break!”. Tracked time shows in the project header, on the Today page and per project in the weekly review.

💡 Weekly suggestions

Every week VibeWorks puts together up to five suggestions from your projects – no AI: vulnerable dependencies, red CI, Git errors, upcoming renewals, overdue tasks, sleeping projects, major updates and projects without a next step or description. Accept creates a task (or puts overdue tasks on today's list), Dismiss hides the suggestion for three weeks. On Mondays from 8 am you can get a notification.

🔥 Review

Menu Review: the week with what got done, what's next and the most active projects, above it an activity grid over the year, streaks and eleven small achievements. The timeline shows everything that happened.

📊 Determine progress automatically

Switch it on in the project dialog: VibeWorks weighs tasks (in progress counts half), commits and CI, and planning (description, notes). The status sets the limit – an idea at most 10 %, 100 % only when “Done”. “How is it calculated?” in the project header shows the parts.

🌐 Live monitoring

Enter the live address in the project dialog. VibeWorks checks the site every 5 minutes, shows availability, response time and SSL expiry with a 30-day bar and notifies you when it goes down (only after two failed checks), comes back or its certificate is about to expire.

💶 Costs

Add costs on the project page – monthly, yearly or one-off, with a renewal date. The overview (profile menu → Costs) totals them per currency and lists upcoming renewals; you get a notification two weeks ahead.

📥 Idea inbox

Collect ideas first, sort them later (profile menu → Idea inbox). Ideas get in via “share” on your phone (add VibeWorks to your home screen), your secret drop address – e.g. from iOS Shortcuts, Tasker or a mail forwarding service – or an ntfy topic fetched every minute.

curl -d "My idea" https://vibeworks.example.com/api/inbox/in/<your-secret>

🔔 Notifications

My account → Notifications: ntfy (push to your phone), webhook (Discord, Slack or JSON) and email (an admin sets up SMTP). Triggers: due tasks every morning, access requests, tasks completed via Git, red CI, live site outages, upcoming renewals and installed updates.

🪦 Project graveyard

Without a change or commit for 30 days, the dashboard asks: carry on, ask later or bury. Buried projects get a tombstone with lifespan and last words – and can be brought back any time.

🖼️ Sharing and portfolio

Share projects read-only via link or invite people as editors. My account → Public portfolio: show selected projects at /u/your-name – when switched off, the page doesn't exist.

⚡ Quick capture and search

The lightning button (in the Windows app Ctrl+Alt+V) creates ideas or tasks – even in all projects at once. Ctrl+K opens the command palette with full-text search.
